The Board has approved a resolution regarding the Policies, procedures and penalties for the enforcement of the governing document.

The top items that violations are issued for are as follows:

Trash cans being stored visible from the street.
Weed control
Overgrown grass
Parking of RV’s Trailers and Boats in the driveway over 48 hours.
Changes to the property without ARC approval
